ABOUT THE ROLE
The IT Data Insights Alternative team collaborates closely with Research to perform predictive statistical analyses and derive valuable insight over a wide variety of datasets.
As an expert in data analysis and information extraction, you will be involved in every stage from the exploration to the production, including:
- Understanding data structures and patterns
- Extracting actionable features from these data
- Designing machine learning models to unveil predictive value
- Understanding business issues to identify new modelling pathways
- Managing the technical relationships with our providers
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of Data Analytics Platform
- Designing robust, efficient, scalable, and monitored production pipelines
- Ensuring continuous technology watch
SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a master’s degree (ideally a Master’s in machine learning or data science) from engineering school or university equivalent.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a related position.
- Expertise in the Python data science stack, including Spark, Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, and Jupyter
- You can handle datasets of several terabytes, and you are familiar with cloud technologies, such as AWS.
- You have experience in machine learning, extending through to the production phase
- You are skilled in time series analysis
- You are versatile, autonomous, and rigorous, with a team player attitude and good communication skills
- You have a professional-level knowledge of English.
