We are seeking an IT Audit & Controls Specialist to join our Internal Control team and lead the development of a robust, independent IT audit and control framework. This role is highly transversal, offering the opportunity to work across all departments of the firm—from infrastructure and data to cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
You will play a key role in protecting the firm’s intellectual property, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations (such as DORA), and building a new layer of governance that is fully independent from the IT and Security departments.
What You’ll Do

Lead IT audits across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory domains (e.g., DORA).

Design and implement a monthly control framework to monitor key IT processes and perform level 2 controls.

Establish and maintain IT governance procedures, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external standards.

Challenge and collaborate with technical teams to assess risks and improve practices.

Conduct risk assessments and report findings to senior management.

Coordinate with the Security team while maintaining full independence.

Contribute to the innovation and evolution of internal control practices.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
-
5–10 years of experience in IT audit, ideally in finance or regulated environments

Strong understanding of IT Processes & Governance, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Ability to challenge technical teams and translate findings into actionable insights

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and autonomy
Nice to Have
-
DORA certification or experience with DORA-related audits

Familiarity with cloud environments, data providers, and quantitative systems

Previous experience in a hedge fund, investment bank, or fintech
