ABOUT THE POSITION

In close collaboration with all CFM teams (Operations, IT, Research), the Operations Technology team develops high-value solutions directly linked to CFM's trading activities.

Position keeping, management of trading pools, NAV calculations, performance report generation, internal control monitoring, and reconciliation with counterparties grant this team a central role and involve them in all major company projects.

Constantly seeking improvement, the team must also address technical challenges and evolve its applications (reducing technical debt, technological advancements, industrialization).

Responsibilities:

In line with the company's evolution and strong growth, we are tasked with overhauling some of our tools, ensuring software performance, and enhancing our tools to support the company's development and automate certain tasks. Within a team primarily composed of experienced developers, the work will involve designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using C++ and Python.

Skills:

Excellent proficiency in C++ and Python (Pandas, Numpy, FastAPI, or Flask packages).
Knowledge of SQL and/or Machine Learning is a plus.
Familiarity with best practices in software development, including testing and deployment.
Experience in an Agile development environment is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
