Your Role
You will join a team working on an AI-powered tool built on large language models to automate complex analytical tasks, to improve its performance, address known limitations, and contribute to its cloud deployment.
This internship brings together applied AI engineering, software development, and cloud deployment, and offers a chance to take a real AI system from research prototype to production improving both its capabilities and the infrastructure behind it.
Key Responsibilities
Improve the system
- Identify limitations and improve the quality of its outputs.
- Work with structured and relational data.
- Strengthen the evaluation framework used to measure progress.
Prepare it for production
- Deploy the system in the cloud, using technologies such as containerization, orchestration, and serverless components.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to support reliable operation.
- Establish testing and CI/CD practices for safe, repeatable deployments.
- Document the system and prepare it for long-term maintenance.
Your Skills
You are a final-year Master’s student (M2) in computer science, data engineering, software engineering, or a related field. You’re interested in building AI-powered systems and operating them reliably at scale, and curious about the intersection of applied AI and cloud engineering.
You bring:
- Strong Python skills.
- An interest in structured and relational data stores.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including Git and testing.
- Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
Experience with LLM-based systems, data pipelines, API integration, CI/CD, or cloud platforms would be an advantage.
You’re also autonomous, analytical, and rigorous in your problem-solving. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating, and are motivated to learn in a demanding, high-standard environment.
