ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Junior structurer will be part of Investor Relations Client Services team and will be based in Paris. You will work closely with the members of Investor Relations Department, Legal team, Regulatory team, Operations and Risk teams.

  • Identify and understand investor needs and develop solutions for the onboarding of new SMAs.
  • Collaborate on term sheets preparation for SMAs seeking to align client needs with the firm’s product offering.
  • Highlighting specific client requests outside our standard offering and discuss with the affected teams how these could be delivered.
  • Proactively manage workload, complexity, and deadlines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders internally to coordinate the implementation process, acting as both a business partner and team player.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing investors, ensuring satisfaction and timely providing of accurate and verified information.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of marketing materials, such as factsheets, commentaries, and performance reports produced by the team.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence updates, as well as initial and ongoing ODD calls and meetings, to ensure compliance and due process.
  • Assist the team in handling a range of investor requests and contribute to automation initiatives and systems enhancements.

 

SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Master’s degree from Engineering school, Business school, or University.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • You have experience working internationally in various cultures.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a structuring role within a hedge fund or investment bank.
  • In-depth understanding of US and EU regulations, complex fund structures, financial derivatives, as well as the operational and technical aspects necessary for structuring and designing new financial products.
  • Proven track record as an excellent project manager.
  • Highly committed, eager to learn, and adaptable, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in problem-solving.
  • A natural team player with strong collaborative skills.
