YOUR ROLE
Products specialists are involved in multiple stages of the investment process and work closely with Research & Sales teams. Team members are expected to be experts of CFM’s investment solutions and to provide technical analysis to prospective clients. The team contributes to providing a high quality service to potential and existing customers. It interacts closely with the rest of the firm (Research, Risk, IT, Operations,…).
You will work on technical projects to support the development of CFM’s activity in Europe and globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
These role will include improving technical communications with investors through portfolio analytics, simulations, data visualization tools and related materials.
You will contribute to both short-term and long-term technical projects, leveraging internal AI technologies to enhance content creation and build interactive tools that improve client engagement.
You will proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and scale the production of technical materials and analytical reports.
The role requires a sound understanding of financial modeling and statistical concepts. You must have a proven ability to manipulate data, perform advanced analytics and build production quality tools. We expect you to demonstrate a significant autonomy and an organized approach to carry out the projects entrusted to her/him.
YOUR SKILLS
- A first experience in quantitative analytics, engineering, data science or a related technical role would be beneficial.
- Master's degree in an applied quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Financial Engineering, Computational Science, Machine Learning, Quantitative Finance, Econometrics).
- Proficiency in Python, data analysis/visualization library and Office Pack (Excel, ppt, …).
- Knowledge of SQL/Oracle is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and generative AI technologies (prompt engineering, RAG, LLMs) to solve business problems and enhance content delivery.
- Proactive mindset with autonomy to experiment with emerging AI tools and identify opportunities for business impact.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and keep track of various deadlines.
- Strong analytical and development skills.
- Team player integrated into IR Team.
- Able to communicate effectively with various CFM teams.
- Able to intermediate between client needs and technical sides.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
