YOUR ROLE

We are hiring an Associate (3–5 years of experience) to support the Head of Predictor Research at CFM. This role blends research operations, executive-ready communication, and hands-on analytics to support a growing research organization. You will help run monthly leadership meetings, maintain the notebooks used to monitor predictor performance in production and simulation, and (over time) help deliver dashboards keeping track of the KPIs of the team.
Core outputs: recurring notebooks + monthly slides (dashboards a plus)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monthly meetings: organize agendas, logistics, and action-item tracking for monthly meetings; drive follow-ups to closure.
  • Predictor monitoring: maintain and improve Python/pandas notebooks (Jupyter), compute/validate metrics, and generate standardized outputs.
  • Slides & narrative: translate metrics into clear charts/tables and concise, decision-oriented monthly slide packs.
  • Dashboards (growing responsibility): create lightweight dashboards/automated reports to reduce manual work and improve self-serve access.
  • Conference coordination: maintain a list/calendar of key conferences, coordinate attendance recommendations, and collect/distribute post-conference takeaways and follow-ups.
  • Internal communications & knowledge sharing (Confluence/Teams):
    • Maintain and improve Confluence spaces/pages used to share research information and meeting content
    • Produce a fortnightly newsletter (research digest) broadcasted to a large audience, summarizing: key predictor performance themes, notable research/production updates, upcoming milestones, conference takeaways, and open actions/asks.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 0–5 years in an analytical/ops/research-adjacent role.
  • Familiarity with Python / pandas; comfort maintaining Jupyter notebooks used for recurring reporting.
  • Strong attention to correctness and reproducibility.
  • Ability to create polished slides and write clear summaries for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable coordinating across many stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with time-series/model monitoring concepts (performance decay, stability/drift, coverage…).
  • Dashboarding experience (e.g., Tableau/Power B).
  • Experience running internal communications (newsletters, wiki hygiene) in technical organizations.
